The Sports Dispute Tribunal (SDT) has temporarily overruled Football Kenya Federation (FKF) decision to end the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) until a hearing and determination of the same is done.
The Federation announced the annulment the top tier on April 30, crowing Gor Mahia and effecting the relegation of Chemelil Sugar and Sony Sugar.
Chemelil in conjunction with the KPL moved to the Tribunal stating the FKF overstepped their mandate.
