Former Nigeria manager Sunday Oliseh and former Cameroon defender Lauren have hailed manager Unai Emery for his work at Arsenal this season.
The Spaniard replaced Arsene Wenger this summer after the Frenchman's 22-year reign at the Gunners' helm. And results recorded lately have given the club's faithful hopes of returning to the Uefa Champions League after a two-year absence.
Emery started his debut Premier League campaign with back-to-back defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea in first two league games but he has adjusted impressively with five wins from his last five matches across all competitions.
With goals from Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang firing Arsenal to a comfortable 2-0 victory over Everton on Sunday, Oliseh affirmed that the Gunners are 'rightfully back near the top' with the former PSG manager while Lauren was full of praise for the 46-year-old's impact so far.
