After an eight-day break, John Aloisi's side are refreshed and recharged as they look to get their continental campaign back on track
Brisbane Roar coach John Aloisi expects his players to give a much better account of themselves when they face Kashima Antlers in the AFC Champions League (ACL) on Tuesday.
Roar were crushed 6-0 by Ulsan in their last ACL fixture but Aloisi has argued Brisbane shouldn't "be judged on that performance" as it was their ninth game in a month in all competitions.
That situation has changed in the lead-up to this week's game as Brisbane haven't played since March 5 when they defeated Newcastle Jets 3-1 in the A-League - a break of eight days between matches.
