Adam Ounas scored his first Italian Serie A goal in Napoli’s 2-0 victory over Sassuolo in Sunday’s meeting.

The hosts got to a perfect start after the 21-year-old winger broke the deadlock three minutes after kick off - his maiden goal in the Italian top-flight since his arrival from Bordeaux in July 2017.

The effort was Ounas' second for the Partenopei across all competitions after he opened his account in a Uefa Europa League encounter against RB Leipzig back in February.

Lorenzo Insigne sealed maximum points for the hosts in the 72nd minute as Carlo Ancelotti's side continue their pursuit of league leaders Juventus.
