Amidst the contract holdouts surrounding star RB Jonathan Taylor last summer, it was always a guarantee that Zack Moss would show up on any given day, prepared to practice like the undisputed starter.
Despite Moss missing the majority of the Colts’ 2023 training camp with a broken arm, he was present and attentive every day leading up to his return. Once healthy and while Jonathan Taylor remained on the PUP List, Moss would efficiently lead the Colts’ rushing attack for the first quarter of the season.
Zack Moss led the NFL in rushing yards for the first handful of weeks in 2023, eventually staying atop the leaderships through the season’s first six weeks while Taylor worked himself back into the lineup.
