WESTFIELD — Andrew Luck is back on the field. A new head coach is in place with all the accompanying optimism and energy. And the Colts will report Wednesday to a gleaming new training camp home on the Grand Park Sports Campus.
But after a turbulent offseason that featured two head coaching searches, a relatively quiet free agency period and 11 players selected in the NFL draft, at least one national publication believes Indianapolis will be even worse than it was a year ago.
USA Today's Nate Davis forecast every game of the 2018 regular season and pegged the Colts — healthy quarterback and all — for a 2-14 record and a distant last-place finish in an otherwise highly competitive AFC South.
