INDIANAPOLIS -- The Colts entered the 2022 NFL Draft with three obvious needs, hit those needs on the second night and bet big on key athletic traits, the physical traits Indianapolis needed on offense and defense.
Colts general manager Chris Ballard makes the final decision, but the legwork is done by his scouts, and Indianapolis brought out four of them to break down the players the Colts took in this draft.
