INDIANAPOLIS — The NFL offseason finds its stride this week, running wide open as the initial free agent frenzy sends players all over the league to new homes.
The Colts have more than $70 million to spend, the largest cap number in the league, and while most of the attention has been focused on how they’ll fill the quarterback position and potential outside signings, a bunch of Indianapolis’ own will hit the market.
How many the Colts will bring back remains uncertain.
Colts general manager Chris Ballard has often liked to bring back his own guys but the way the team’s 9-8 season ended in disappointment led to Ballard promising changes this offseason.
