T.Y. Hilton will be forced to miss some regular season action after sustaining an injury in the Indianapolis Colts’ final training camp practice on Wednesday. Hilton is dealing with an upper back/neck injury, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
With Hilton being sidelined, Indy’s passing attack is expected to run through second-year wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. Throughout training camp, Pittman Jr. looked the part of a WR1, and now he will provide it immediately in regular season action. Parris Campbell and Zach Pascal will also play heavy roles within the Colts’ offense while Hilton sits.
After being relatively healthy throughout his career, Hilton has been continuously hit with the injury bug since the 2018-19 season.
