The Indianapolis Colts have signed offensive tackle Andreas Knappe to the practice squad.
Knappe (6-8, 315, 26) is a rookie undrafted free agent. The native of Denmark came to the United States and played football collegiately at UConn, starting 32-of-36 games, primarily at right tackle. Fun fact: He is also an accomplished archer and team handball player.
Knappe spent the summer with the Atlanta Falcons before being waved among preseason roster cuts on September 1. He has since spent time on the Washington Redskins practice squad.
