INDiANAPOLIS — The Colts are trading starting quarterback Carson Wentz to the Washington Commanders, a league source told IndyStar on Wednesday, for a package of picks that includes at least two third-round picks.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Commanders will take on Wentz’s entire contract, which would save Indianapolis more than $28 million in cap space.
