Chris Ballard and the Indianapolis Colts are making a move for a defensive end. According to Sean Stellato, and confirmed by the team, the Colts have signed Ryan Delaire and released safety Shamarko Thomas today.
Delair last played for the Carolina Panthers back in 2016, amassing 3.5 sacks in 15 total games played over two seasons of work. During that span, the former Towson star acclimated 15 tackles, including four that was assisted.
Ever since the retirement of Robert Mathis, the Colts have been searching for a sack-making playmaker on the defensive line.
