The Indianapolis Colts are adding to their defensive line depth with some roster moves on Thursday.
The Colts signed free agent defensive tackle Brandon Banks and waived injured wide receiver Matt Hazel in order to make space for the defensive lineman.
Banks, a player who is just 24-years-old, is entering his second year in the National Football League, spending time with the Washington Redskins mainly as a practice player a year ago. According to NFL.com, the former Redskin is listed at 6-3, 267 pounds.
Banks, who signed with Washington as a undrafted free agent out of North Carolina-Charlotte, appeared in one game in 2017, recording just one solo tackle.
