The Colts have been actively using their practice squad to aid their active roster, and this week is no different. They have elevated tight end Erik Swoope (again) and waived tight end Mo-Alie Cox.
Cox, who is 6’5” 267lbs, was activated just last week prior to the Colts game at home against the Texans, and was a factor on the Colts’ final offensive series, drawing a holding penalty that negated a first down and catching a pass for 17-yards to set up the infamous 4th and 4.
The 6’4” 255lb Swoope has been back and forth from the practice squad this season, spending two games active this season with two catches for 20 yards.
