According to ESPN NFL Reporter Field Yates, Indianapolis Colts cornerback Darius Butler is apparently out for Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, still battling a hamstring injury:
Of course, it doesn’t necessarily come as a major surprise, as Butler had yet to practice on either Wednesday or Thursday of this week and missed last weekend’s game–having yet to play since injuring his hamstring in Week 2 against the Denver Broncos on an awkward interception return.
The encouraging news for the Colts is that the defense will be getting starting cornerback Patrick Robinson back in Butler’s absence, who’s been cleared from a concussion and has been a full participant in practice the past two days.
