According to NFL Insider Aaron Wilson, the Indianapolis Colts have signed both veteran safety Jahleel Addae and tight end Eli Wolf to their practice squad on Tuesday—each of whom was among the six players the team worked out on Monday:

Regarding Addae:
Originally signed as an undrafted rookie free agent by the San Diego Chargers, the 5’10”, 195 pound veteran defensive back, Addae, has also played with the Houston Texans (2019) and later the Los Angeles Chargers (2020) [again].
