The Indianapolis Colts need a new offensive coordinator. According to multiple league reports, top Frank Reich assistant Nick Sirianni is ticketed to become the next head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Sirianni has spent the past three seasons with the Colts. While he hasn't had play-calling duties — those belong to Reich — Sirianni plays a pivotal part in the week-to-week game-planning and owns a lot of the credit for helping Reich turn in top-10 offenses the past three years despite playing with three different quarterbacks (Andrew Luck, Jacoby Brissett and Philip Rivers).
In terms of candidates to replace Sirianni, the Colts have some intriguing internal candidates, including quarterbacks coach Marcus Brady, wide receivers coach Mike Groh, tight ends coach Jason Michael and passing game coordinator Kevin Patullo.
