INDIANAPOLIS -- Each spring for the past four years, Reggie Wayne's offseason has played out the same way: He'd be on a beach or a boat somewhere near his Miami home, soaking in retirement and the waves and a life far from football.
Then his phone would buzz, and it'd be Frank Reich.
The question was always the same: 'Are you ready to come be the Colts wide receivers coach?'
"He kept believing in me. I kept saying to myself, 'He sees something that I'm not seeing to talk to him year after year,'" Wayne said.
