The Indianapolis offense is a sneaky good one, capable of climbing this list as the season progresses.
While Philip Rivers’ best years are likely behind him, he’s still very much an above-average quarterback. Behind a horrid offensive line in Los Angeles last year, Rivers still managed to produce the league’s eighth-best accurate pass rate on passes thrown 10-plus yards downfield, while his passing grade of 73.
