Peyton Manning was a creature of habit. That meant that every few weeks, he and center Jeff Saturday would practice with wet footballs — even if the Colts were going to play in the RCA Dome or Lucas Oil Stadium.
“About once every three weeks, Jeff Saturday and I did a wet ball drill, where we were taking snaps with a ball covered with water.
