Colts general manager Chris Ballard joined Pat McAfee to talk about an array of topics, including what went wrong during Carson Wentz's time in Indianapolis and why the team moved on to Matt Ryan.
Ballard said Wentz "is a good person" and "it was a really difficult decision." But "at the end of the day, we did what we thought was the best thing for us."

"Carson played good football for us," Ballard said. "Missing (time during) training camp with the foot (injury) and then starting the season off as slow as we did, to finally get our footing and go 9-6 … and unfortunately, it ended the way it did.
