Pagano acknowledges there's work to be done in Indy

INDIANAPOLIS — Chuck Pagano was relaxed and even a bit playful as he met the media Thursday at the Indiana Convention Center.

It was a stark contrast to his last meeting with reporters when he struggled with questions about his job security and the Colts' plans to improve after consecutive 8-8 seasons.

The head coach still offered few specifics during the annual NFL Scouting Combine, but he at least acknowleged there is much work to be done this offseason in Indianapolis.

"I have to be better. I will be better," Pagano said. "My blinders are off.
