With the 15th pick in the fifth round of the NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts selected David Parry, defensive tackle from Stanford.
The Colts stuck to the theme of defense by trading up to take Parry, they traded a seventh rounder to move up 14 spots. They also continued the trend of taking players solely from Stanford or the state of Florida.
Parry is a space eater at 6-1 and 308 pounds. He projects as a nose tackle in a 3-4 scheme and will be lining up next to fellow Stanford alum Henry Anderson, who was taken last night by the Colts.
