INDIANAPOLIS — Veteran running back Marlon Mack is a healthy scratch for the second time this season.
Mack, who was not traded at the deadline despite a late September agreement that the Colts would try to find a new home that would give the running back a more prominent role, had not played much on offense the past two weeks.
Used mostly to spell Jonathan Taylor, Mack played just four snaps against San Francisco and one against Tennessee on Sunday.
“We think Marlon’s a great player,” Colts head coach Frank Reich said this week.
