INDIANAPOLIS — Mothers Against Drunk Driving® (MADD), the Indianapolis Colts and Uber invite the greater Indianapolis community to a candlelight vigil honoring Colts player Edwin Jackson, Uber driver-partner Jeffrey Monroe and all victims of drunk and drugged driving.
Jackson and Monroe lost their lives Sunday, Feb. 4, when an alleged drunk driver struck them while they were standing near their car on the side of Interstate 70 in Indianapolis. Another Uber driver-partner also was killed in a separate alleged drunk driving crash in a neighboring city of Indianapolis the same day.
