Among the latest Indianapolis Colts links are two lists from the Sporting News, one on the most overrated players at each position in the NFL, and one on the most underrated at each position. Three Colts are found in them:
- David Steele authored both lists. He has Coby Fleener on the overrated list among tight ends, along with San Francisco's Vernon Davis, Jacksonville's Marcedes Lewis, Philadelphia's Brent Celek and Carolina's Ed Dickson. On his list of underrated players, two Colts appear: cornerback Vontae Davis and new Colts defensive end Trent Cole:
"If the lockdown on All-Pro corners by Richard Sherman and Darrelle Revis ever loosens, expect Davis to rush in to fill the void.
