Klayton Adams talks about his path to the NFL Matt Kryger, IndyStar
INDIANAPOLIS — Klayton Adams’ career felt like his career had come full circle a couple of years ago.
He’d walked on as an offensive lineman at Boise State, worked his way up to a starter under Chris Strausser and Chris Petersen, made the move to the coaching staff and then left to pursue his own path, ending up on Mike MacIntyre’s staff at Colorado.
Two and a half years ago, Adams got a chance to show his old coaches how far he’d come. By that time, Petersen and Strausser had moved to Washington, and the Huskies and Buffaloes faced off in the Pac-12 Championship Game.
