INDIANAPOLIS — A stinger will prevent Indianapolis Colts outside linebacker from game action for a third straight week.
Head coach Chuck Pagano on Friday confirmed Simon is the only player ruled out for Sunday’s Week 10 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Wide receiver , who suffered a hamstring injury, is also ruled out of Sunday's game.
Simon suffered the injury in the Colts’ Week 7 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and hasn’t seen the field since. At the time of his injury, he was putting together a solid first season in Indianapolis: 38 tackles (six for a loss) with three sacks, one interception returned for a touchdown, 12 quarterback hits and one pass defensed.
