INDIANAPOLIS – Jimmy Raye III’s first week on the job as the Colts’ interim general manager comes during one of the most vital weeks of the offseason for the personnel department.
The Senior Bowl, easily the most talent-rich college all-star game each year, is taking place this week in Mobile, Alabama.
In Indianapolis, the Colts are without a permanent general manager.
While Jim Irsay evaluates the future direction of his football team, he’s entrusted Raye to spearhead the scouting efforts down in Mobile.
Raye, Chuck Pagano and several members of the Colts coaching and personnel staff will travel to Mobile on Monday.
