Slowly but surely, general manager Chris Ballard and the Indianapolis Colts are beginning to address their needs. Over the past few days, the Colts have added some depth to their defensive line by signing Isaac Rochell and found a starting cornerback by re-upping 2020 standout Xavier Rhodes.
The Colts also re-signed running back Marlon Mack to give themselves a loaded backfield. However, their work is not done. This team still has needs, some of which can be addressed in the second wave of free agency.
