Insider: Until they change it, this is who the Colts are

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – They’re getting so good at losing football games this season they already know the questions that are coming. Questions about dropped passes, their signature so far this fall, and blown coverages and fourth-quarter flops, too, and why the same movie plays every Sunday and the Indianapolis Colts still can’t find a way to rewrite the ending.

You name it, they’ve done it. You don’t get to 1-5 the easy way.

The frustration started to pour out after Sunday’s 42-34 loss to the Jets in the Meadowlands, easily their most dispiriting defeat of the year, one that further cemented the Colts as one of the worst teams in football, no matter the spin they sell and the hope they preach.
