No one knows how or even if the Indianapolis Colts plan to address their quarterback situation. At his end-of-the-season news conference, general manager Chris Ballard didn’t close the door on augmenting the position, nor did he leave it gaping open.
“Right now, Jacoby (Brissett) is our starting quarterback," Ballard said before allowing for the possibility of a change. “Anytime we have a chance to acquire a player that makes us better, at any position, we’re going to do it.
