JACKSONVILLE -- It all came unglued. For a half, it looked like the Indianapolis Colts were going to accomplish their mission of finishing the season strong -- of getting back to .500 and having reason to feel good about themselves heading into the offseason.
Maybe meaningless goals in the long run, but that was what coach Frank Reich wanted his team to do.
Instead, a week after smothering the Carolina Panthers, the Colts fell apart against one of the worst teams in the NFL losing 38-20 in Jacksonville.
To be fair, the defense never really looked like it had shown up, allowing rookie quarterback Garder Minshew and the Leonard Fourtnette-less Jaguars to march up and down the field in both halves.
