JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The ugliest game of the season had long ended, but the stunned silence in the locker room remained.
The Indianapolis Colts quarterback was about to begin his postgame interview, and there was hope that wisdom would be gleaned as he spoke of his team’s mortifying 51-16 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
But it quickly became obvious Charlie Whitehurst didn’t have the answers.
