INDIANAPOLIS — There was a moment this season when Colts General Manager Chris Ballard looked into the past and saw the future he hopes to build here in Indianapolis.
It was Nov. 18. Reggie Wayne rode onto the field in the sidecar of a blue-and-white motorcycle, hands stretched wide as the fans chanted his name, ready to take his place in the Ring of Honor.
