Indianapolis Colts select Ohio State WR Parris Campbell with the 59th pick in 2019 NFL Draft

The Indianapolis Colts have struggled to find a talent at the wide receiver position since Ryan Grigson drafted T.Y. Hilton in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Perhaps that has changed now that they have selected another receiver with breakaway speed late in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, Parris Campbell.

There is little argument that one of the primary weaknesses for the Colts wide receiver group is that no one on the roster has been able to show any consistency stretching the field opposite Hilton.
