The Indianapolis Colts have struggled to find a talent at the wide receiver position since Ryan Grigson drafted T.Y. Hilton in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Perhaps that has changed now that they have selected another receiver with breakaway speed late in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, Parris Campbell.
