The Trent Cole experiment did not work for the Indianapolis Colts in 2015. Cole struggled to be the effective pass rusher the Colts thought he would be when they signed him in the offseason. Rather than hope Cole has a turnaround 2016 season for them, the Colts should part ways with the veteran and look for a younger replacement.
The Colts took a gamble and signed Cole to a two-year, $14 million contract during in the 2015 offseason. They were hoping he would have similar statistics to when he was with the Philadelphia Eagles.
