Wide receiver Josh Downs is listed as OUT for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans. Downs has missed practice all week due to an ankle injury he sustained during training camp. Downs has ramped up his rehab this week with Colts beat writers saying just today he was running at full speed and cutting.
