If Chuck Pagano was Aaron Rodgers’ head coach, he would be holding on for dear life … figuratively.
The former coach of the Indianapolis Colts made a guest appearance on the "Pat McAfee Show" last week, where the crew discussed Pagano’s return to the Colts following his battle with cancer, what it would be like to prepare for an NFL season during a pandemic and, among other things, what Pagano would do if he were in Packers coach Matt LaFleur’s shoes.
The tension between Rodgers and the Packers front office dates to 2019, though gasoline was poured on the embers when the Packers used a first-round pick on Utah State quarterback Jordan Love in 2020, making him Rodgers' heir apparent.
