If NFL changes COVID protocols because of new CDC guidance, Colts could benefit most

Darius Leonard, one of 14 Colts players currently on the NFL's Reserve/COVID-19 list, took to Twitter after an announcement regarding new CDC guidance regarding COVID.

"Mr. Roger what's sup" the Colts linebacker quote tweeted Monday, referring the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. The tweet he was referencing came from CNN White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins, who reported that the CDC is shortening the recommended isolation period for asymptomatic people who test positive for COVID from 10 days to five days.

The Colts have placed 14 players on the COVID list in the past week, including Leonard. Quenton Nelson, Mark Glowinski, Khari Willis, Rock Ya-Sin, Zach Pascal, Kemoko Turay and practice squad tight end Farrod Green were placed on the list last week.
