INDIANAPOLIS - The Colts have something this spring that they haven't had in the past two years: an offseason program.
They have something else for the first time in a while, too: a 15th-year quarterback to run that offseason program.
So you can excuse Frank Reich if he seems a little giddy right now. Reich is entering his fifth year as Colts coach and will have his fifth different starting quarterback. He's had Brainiacs at the position before in Andrew Luck and Philip Rivers, and he's had physical talents like Luck and Carson Wentz.
But he's never had quite the time and opportunity he sees right now with Matt Ryan.
