INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Colts don't want history to repeat itself with new general manager Chris Ballard and coach Chuck Pagano.
The Colts will take the victories and success Pagano and former general manager Ryan Grigson had early in their time together. What they don't want is poor communication between the general manager and coach. A general manager that likes to meddle and not let the coaching staff do their jobs. A general manager whose ego got in the way of the big picture. And a clash of personalities between the coach and general manager.
"It's been easy for us," Arizona coach Bruce Arians said.
