Earlier, it was reported that recently released Indianapolis Colts offensive tackle Gosder Cherilus visited the Buffalo Bills today. We now know that the 7-year veteran will also be visiting with the Detroit Lions soon.
It would serve as a “homecoming” for Cherilus, as the Lions are the team that originally drafted him as a 1st round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, and whom he spent 5 seasons with before signing as a free agent with the Colts in 2013:
After his visit to the #Bills, former #Colts OL Gosder Cherilus is on his way to visit the #Lions, I’m told.
