From pushups to towels to dummies, how Colts' wide receivers look to eliminate drops

WESTFIELD – Zach Pascal has a routine that goes back to his redshirt freshman season in 2012 at Old Dominion. For every pass he drops, Pascal hits the turf and knocks out 10 pushups – five on his fingertips, five on his knuckles.

There is no mandate from the Colts coaches on punishment for dropped passes in training camp. Friday, by far, was better than Thursday in that category as the Colts completed their second day of camp at Grand Park. But ball security, a serious issue for the Colts last season – especially the first six games – is a point of emphasis in 2019.
