INDIANAPOLIS — Tyquan Lewis found himself staring down a challenge at this time last summer.
Frustrated by two NFL seasons marred by injury and inability to bounce back, Lewis had been challenged by Colts general manager Chris Ballard, who told the former Ohio State defensive end that 2020 would be a big year for him.
The kind of year that could have been make or break for Lewis in Indianapolis.
Fast forward a year, and Lewis finds himself staring down another challenge, a very different test than the one he faced last summer.
Lewis earned the challenge this time, the pressure of stepping into the starting lineup to replace the departed Denico Autry, who signed with the rival Titans in free agency.
