The story of former Colts LB Gary Brackett is well-documented. Undrafted out of college, Brackett managed to earn a roster spot in 2003. Adversity struck when Brackett lost his father, mother, and brother in a 17-month span beginning that same season. In 2011, Brackett wrote a book on overcoming those struggles on and off the field and how he was able to persevere and become a Super Bowl champion. Brackett is now in the process of producing a movie on the obstacles he's faced.
