Former Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson honored during ESPYs 'In Memoriam'

The "In Memoriam" section of the 2018 ESPYs honored former Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson, among others.

Jackson, 26, died in February when he and his Uber driver, Jeffrey Monroe, 54, were struck and killed by a suspected drunk driver. The deaths made national headlines and even gained the attention of President Donald Trump when it was reported that the suspected driver, Manuel Orrego-Savala, was in the U.S. illegally.

"Edwin was an amazing young man that filed our lives with joy and pride," his family said in a statement at the time to 11alive.
