INDIANAPOLIS – There will be a 14th (and a 15th?) NFL season for Mike Adams.
After three years starting with the Colts, the 35-year-old Adams was in no rush to call it quits.
An NFL journey that began as an undrafted free agent in 2004 is continuing for Adams.
On Friday afternoon, the Carolina Panthers announced that Adams had signed a two-year contract with them.
Adams’ time in Indianapolis officially ended Thursday, the first day of free agency.
The Colts informed Adams on Monday that they would not be bringing back their veteran free agent safety.
