WESTFIELD, Ind. -- Last year, Indianapolis Colts training camp was quiet. A little too quiet for general manager Chris Ballard's liking.
With the teams' tenure at Anderson University over, the Colts took training camp to their practice facility on Indianapolis west side, which severely limited fan access. Last year's training camp could accurately be summarized as the Colts, the media and a whole lot of silence.
