The Indianapolis Colts offseason has been relatively quiet. Very quiet. Maybe too quiet. Yes, they were technically busy because they re-signed many of their own players, so, from an activity standpoint, they actually did a lot. Unfortunately, from a filling holes on the roster standpoint, they didn't do as much as most fans would have preferred. That might be why PFF sees the drafting of Laiatu Latu as the best decision of the offseason.
